Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their unique needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implementation and Evaluation: Implement care plans, coordinate with other healthcare professionals, and evaluate patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Education and Training: Stay up-to-date with the latest medical respiratory care practices and technologies, and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Experience: No experience required, but prior experience in medical respiratory care is preferred.
  • Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification, or equivalent.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working 36 hours per week, with a night shift schedule. You will be working in a fast-paced medical respiratory care unit, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
