Growth Marketing Specialist

Expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement campaigns effectively, particularly on Meta, with a focus on AEO for in-app purchase optimization. Familiarity with additional advertising platforms such as Google Ads and TikTok is advantageous.
- Collaborate with our global marketing team on media purchasing efforts.
- Work in tandem with the Creative Team, international marketing personnel, and executive leadership to enhance high-impact concepts.
- Enhance Campaign Performance by evaluating essential metrics, conducting creative experiments, refining audience targeting, and adjusting bids for optimal results.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Leverage various analytical tools for comprehensive campaign evaluation. Provide actionable insights to boost campaign effectiveness and meet performance indicators.
- Budget Oversight: Strategically allocate budgets across media buying channels in partnership with our international marketing team. Monitor expenditures, adjust budgets as necessary, and refine strategies based on analytical findings.
- Exhibit quick learning capabilities and critical thinking to continuously enhance marketing tactics.
- Collaborate with designers and the international user acquisition team to launch integrated campaigns.
- Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and timely delivery of results.
- Show enthusiasm and willingness to explore new ideas.
- Team Collaboration Skills: Follow directions efficiently and take charge of independent projects.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in media buying/user acquisition, especially on Facebook (Meta).
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to participate in late-night meetings with the international marketing team.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong work ethic and organizational capabilities.
- Experience in media buying across social platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
- Passion for short-form narrative content.
- Onsite availability 4 days a week.
