Position Overview

Title: Event Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote

Experience Level: Entry-level (0-2 years)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and enhance field marketing initiatives, including in-person events such as trade exhibitions, networking gatherings, and executive meetings, alongside webinars and digital marketing efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development and sales, to ensure effective event execution.
  • Oversee the setup and dismantling of event booths, actively engaging with attendees to drive traffic and interest.
  • Carefully track and analyze event outcomes, documenting successes and areas for improvement to facilitate effective follow-up with potential leads.
  • Provide additional support for various marketing initiatives based on individual interests and skills.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in event marketing coordination within the technology sector, demonstrating a history of effective execution and program optimization.
  • A diploma from an accredited institution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments, particularly in customer experience or knowledge management, is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
