Job Title: Office Manager
Job Summary:
The Office Manager is a key member of the Mayne Pharma team, responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the executive team. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients.
- Prepare and coordinate high-level meetings, including agendas and materials.
- Maintain confidential documents and information, ensuring the highest level of discretion.
- Monitor and reconcile expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide comprehensive support across various executive needs, including travel arrangements and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Requirements:
- BS Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to follow SOPs and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in executive administrative support.
- Knowledge of calendar management and travel coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional lifting of items in excess of 25 pounds.
- Occasional travel required.
