Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team with clerical tasks, including organizing documents, updating client information, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Collect missing documents, communicate updates to clients, and coordinate scheduling for meetings.
  • Answer phones, greet clients, and provide excellent service in-office and over the phone.
  • Coordinate client meetings and ensure timely support for the team.
  • Ensure daily office tasks run smoothly, particularly during busy periods.
  • Manage billing for services and ensure timely payments.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in office management or administrative support, preferably in a CPA or professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent phone skills and experience as the first point of contact for clients.
  • Experience with billing, invoicing, and client-related deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
