- Answer phones, greet clients, and provide excellent service in-office and over the phone.
- Coordinate client meetings and ensure timely support for the team.
- Ensure daily office tasks run smoothly, particularly during busy periods.
- Manage billing for services and ensure timely payments.
- 5+ years of experience in office management or administrative support, preferably in a CPA or professional services environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent phone skills and experience as the first point of contact for clients.
- Experience with billing, invoicing, and client-related deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
- Competitive salary: $55K-$65K.
