Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Program Manager within the Amazon Devices Demand Planning Product team, you will spearhead efforts to enhance global pricing, forecasting, and promotional strategies.

Your role will involve:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to revolutionize worldwide pricing and promotional strategies for devices.
  • Coordinating processes across various departments, including supply management, marketing, finance, data science, and engineering, to achieve seamless automation at scale.
  • Working closely with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, UX Designers, and Data Scientists to identify challenges and opportunities that enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management capabilities and excel in building strong relationships. You should have a proven history of:

  • Establishing and nurturing partnerships that yield measurable results.
  • Managing high-volume tasks and projects with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Deep-diving into existing processes to uncover improvement opportunities.

A Day in the Life: Your daily activities will include:

  • Assisting sales teams in executing impactful pricing events and maintaining pricing accuracy.
  • Developing standardized communication and change management protocols.
  • Identifying and addressing blockers to project completion.
  • Engaging with global product line sales and marketing teams to share best practices and enhance your professional knowledge.
  • Providing business and technical requirements to technology teams responsible for device systems.
  • Regularly communicating data insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership updates.

About the Team: Our team is dedicated to integrating Amazon devices and services into homes worldwide. The Devices Pricing team is responsible for designing systems and workflows that facilitate effective marketing initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality management.
  • Experience defining KPIs and SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses.
  • Master's degree or advanced technical degree.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative leadership capabilities.
