The Publisher Solutions team is dedicated to creating and overseeing services that enable publishers to optimize the monetization of their customer interactions, as well as enhance those interactions themselves.
We emphasize adaptable and standards-compliant designs that allow publishers to innovate on our offerings and collaborate effectively with various advertising technology partners, both internal and external.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager who will be responsible for defining and executing programs characterized by significant complexity and/or extensive cross-organizational, global, or technological impact.
Your responsibilities will include spearheading large-scale engineering projects that tackle highly intricate or recurring challenges.You will have the independence to operate autonomously and will frequently concentrate on areas where the business and architectural strategy is still being formulated.
You excel in engaging with leadership across all levels and possess the skills to cultivate consensus.You have the capability to convey complex decisions, challenging trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to leaders at multiple levels to aid them in understanding the decisions they must make and the options available.
You exert influence over organizational priorities, system owners, business, and technology direction. You facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and aligned.You can identify when ongoing initiatives are at risk of repeating previous technological failures and proactively guide teams to prevent such occurrences.
You are adept at recognizing when a design or solution requires additional technical insight (e.g., from senior engineers or subject matter experts). You demonstrate sound judgment in managing escalations at the executive level. You deliver solutions that meet Amazon's rigorous standards for customer satisfaction, efficiency, stability, extensibility, simplicity, and operational excellence.You broaden your influence by educating the technical program management and engineering communities (e.g., within your organization, at your location, or more broadly) on best practices in program management.
You participate in knowledge-sharing and collaboration with other technical program managers, including attending and/or presenting at internal conferences.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management
- Demonstrated expertise in technical program management
