Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems and the Office productivity suite. Responsibilities include:
- Providing support for an enterprise desktop environment, including RF device support (mobile scanners running Windows OS).
- Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining all technology components within the facility, including desktops, laptops, printers, and software applications.
- Scheduling and executing improvements, upgrades, and repairs for PC hardware and peripheral equipment.
- Acting as second-level support for enterprise printing environments, ensuring operational continuity.
- Resolving end-user issues and serving as an escalation point for complex problems.
- Coordinating with vendors and IT teams for installations at the site.
- Instructing users on the operation and maintenance of systems and equipment.
- Documenting operational procedures and maintenance protocols for systems and equipment.
- Participating in technical project planning and recommending standards for PC hardware and peripherals.
- Ensuring adherence to Site Support Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Providing emergency on-call support and participating in an on-call rotation.
Candidates should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate desktop support role.
- Experience with various desktop and laptop configurations in larger environments.
- The ability to work independently as the sole IT support technician.
Certifications: A+ and Network+ certifications are advantageous.
Experience Level: Entry Level
Drug Test: Required
