Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Analyze customer needs and provide solutions or escalate issues as necessary
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
