Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Partnership Activation and Asset Management to join our team at Oak View Group. This role will oversee the delivery of all partnership assets and activations, lead partnership reporting and analytics, and manage a team of professionals to ensure exceptional partnership fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the servicing of all sponsorship accounts, ensuring timely and effective delivery of contract requirements.
  • Manage a team of two (2) professionals to ensure all partners' assets are fulfilled in a prompt and timely manner.
  • Develop, execute, and administer partner programs with internal departments, including in-game assets, social and digital assets, broadcast assets, and events.
  • Lead the approval process for all partner marks use and activation plans.
  • Manage budgets, including tracking of expenses for each partner.
  • Lead partner renewal process, including renewal analysis, renewals decks, and meetings in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Attend select partner weekly meetings.
  • Work within a CRM system to track and update partner assets.
  • Lead planning and execution of select special client events.
  • Work closely with Vice President, Sponsorship Sales on budgets and inventory.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in marketing, sports management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years' account management experience, preferably in the sports and entertainment industry.
  • Prior sponsorship service experience is required.
  • Experience in managing a team is preferred.
  • Proficiency with computers and MS Office programs is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the sports and entertainment industry.
  • Understanding of the sports sponsorship market.
  • Ability to work long, irregular hours and weekends as dictated by event schedules and project timetables.
