Position Overview:

The Regional Asset Manager is tasked with overseeing a designated portfolio of properties as assigned by FPI Management, Inc. This role is crucial in upholding all policies, procedures, and operational standards set forth by the company. The individual will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the assets within their portfolio, ensuring alignment with client expectations and adherence to the operational budget and management agreements.

Compensation:
$110,000 - $125,000 / Year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual operating budgets for presentation to clients and properties.
  • Monitor project budgets and marketing efforts to maintain a clear understanding of the financial status of each asset, promptly informing the executive committee of any necessary adjustments.
  • Complete and submit the monthly/quarterly Property Manager Checklist in a timely manner.
  • Provide recommendations for rent and concessions based on current market conditions and availability.
  • Ensure that each property maintains all required documentation, including leases, resident certifications, invoices, and other essential forms as mandated by clients and lenders.
  • Guarantee that all units meet FPI standards, focusing on turnover, curb appeal, and cleanliness.
  • Analyze vacancy rates, availability dates, and turnover statistics.
  • Review monthly financial statements, budget reports, and other financial documents to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee service requests to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with employees, clients, and residents.
  • Provide training and constructive guidance to staff to maximize productivity.
  • Respond to inquiries from residents, clients, and vendors within 24 hours during the workweek.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts and make informed hiring decisions for on-site positions.
  • Ensure compliance with training requirements for the position and confirm that site employees meet their training obligations.
  • Continuously evaluate the performance of on-site personnel, ensuring proper documentation of communication and counseling is provided to the Human Resource Department.
  • Ensure that annual reviews are conducted for all staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures across sites and community directors.
  • Foster effective communication with clients and supervisors to ensure alignment with client objectives and expectations.

Additional Responsibilities:
Uphold community rules and regulations, ensuring adherence to FPI Standard Operating Procedures. Comply with all Fair Housing Laws and FPI policies. Maintain a professional image by following the company's dress code policy. Conduct all communications with professionalism while representing FPI Management, Inc. Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, including assistance with special projects.
