Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Senior Director and collaborate with various teams to manage and enhance distribution and growth partnerships, both paid and organic. This role encompasses the entire partnership lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution, including daily communications and asset management across various platforms such as streaming devices, mobile applications, and connected televisions. Additionally, this position will work closely with paid marketing teams to align efforts that drive partner growth. This role is highly collaborative, engaging with multiple departments including Marketing, Product, Analytics, Legal, Finance, Ad Sales, and media agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with partners.
  • Work collaboratively to streamline processes and daily operations with key partners to facilitate organic and promotional activities across applications, channels, and product integrations.
  • Assist the Senior Director in identifying, executing, and managing strategic growth initiatives with partners.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of presentations for executives and senior leadership.
  • Understand and articulate value propositions to ensure effective targeting and communication with relevant partner markets.
  • Coordinate with creative teams, both internal and external, to ensure timely asset delivery.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Analytics, and other departments to manage purchase orders and ensure accurate invoice reconciliation.
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Organize team meetings and manage the team calendar as required.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Interest in marketing, distribution, or other related fields.
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize and execute projects across multiple teams effectively.
  • Desire to develop skills in qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, and leveraging insights for strategic initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this contract position ranges from $13 to $15 per hour, based on experience. Our pay structure is determined by role, level, and location, ensuring fair compensation reflective of individual skills, experience, and education.
