  • Order Processing and Fulfillment: Process all order types for all supported regions and sales channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our diagnostic products.

  • Inventory Management and Coordination: Monitor and coordinate shipments between departments, ensuring seamless delivery of our products to our customers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technical staff to communicate and promptly resolve customer queries, ensuring a cohesive and customer-centric approach.
  • Process Improvement and Continuous Learning: Participate in updating or creating processes to support continuous improvement and drive business growth, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience: At least two years of customer service experience, with a strong background in order processing, inventory management, and customer support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, with experience working with EDI portals and other technical tools.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
