Job Summary

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Covenant House Alaska is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Director of Programs to provide leadership and development of our programs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of senior administrative and management experience, with a strong background in human services, social work, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is required, and experience can substitute for post-secondary education on a year-for-year basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, and overseeing the recruitment, management, and retention of staff. They will also be expected to collaborate with key stakeholders, build relationships with community partners, and participate in enterprise risk management.

Responsibilities

Requirements
