Executive Culinary Director

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Culinary Director to join our team at Aramark. As a leader in the culinary industry, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of culinary solutions that meet customer needs and tastes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans for culinary operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality food production and presentation.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, leveraging culinary expertise to inform menu development and promotions.
- 4+ years of experience in culinary leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Advanced knowledge of food trends, culinary techniques, and menu engineering principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
Aramark offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
