Job Description:
Covenant House Alaska is seeking a Senior Director of Programs to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of at-risk youth and their families. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for leading program development and implementation efforts, managing budgets and resources, and overseeing staff performance.

About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in program management and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of adolescent development and behaviors, as well as experience working with at-risk youth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve program outcomes, managing budgets and resources, and overseeing staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program strategies to improve outcomes
- Manage budgets and resources to achieve program goals
- Oversee staff performance and provide coaching and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, or a related field
- 5+ years of senior administrative and management experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
