**Position Details:**

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with various shifts and hours available, including nights and weekends. The salary for this position ranges from $18.50 to $20.25 per hour, offering an attractive compensation package.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of teens by engaging them in recreational and leisure activities that promote social and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with youth to achieve their goals and foster a positive environment for growth.

Requirements:

  • A college degree is preferred, but relevant experience and time in this field are also valuable.
  • Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a state background check is mandatory.
