Job Summary:

The Patient Care Coordinator is a vital role at the Center for Physical Rehabilitation and Therapy, responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for patients throughout their treatment journey. As the primary point of contact for non-clinical patient services, this position requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive first impression of our clinic.
  • Coordinate patient care from initial evaluation to discharge, ensuring timely and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Manage patient schedules, appointments, and records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Process patient payments, handle billing and insurance inquiries, and resolve any related issues.
  • Perform data entry, maintain patient charts and electronic medical records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
