As the primary point of contact for non-clinical patient services, this position requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive first impression of our clinic.
- Coordinate patient care from initial evaluation to discharge, ensuring timely and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Manage patient schedules, appointments, and records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Process patient payments, handle billing and insurance inquiries, and resolve any related issues.
- Perform data entry, maintain patient charts and electronic medical records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
