National Sales Executive

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven LTL Sales Executive to join our team at Total Quality Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying high-volume LTL opportunities, building relationships with customers, and closing large accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with established sales teams to identify companies with large LTL opportunities
- Aggressively work potential accounts through the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing and onboarding
- Collaborate with the LTL Pricing Team to develop customized and competitive proposals
- Create and deliver presentations to perspective customers highlighting TQL's value-added LTL services
- Work with the sales floor to prevent or solve problems with LTL accounts and ensure continued revenue growth
- Lead or assist account reviews with customers on performance, forecasts, and future opportunities for LTL solutions
- Attend meetings and trade shows as needed
- Communicate customer and market trends to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of proven success in a highly metric-driven sales role and professional LTL experience
- Strong phone and in-person sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
- High energy and excellent work ethic
- Self-directed with the ability to solve problems with minimal oversight
- Ability to travel up to 20%
