Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Wow Bao. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business by managing active accounts and developing strategic relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and develop effective sales strategies
  • Achieve sales targets and grow market share through effective account management and sales execution
  • Manage promotional activities and ensure alignment with Wow Bao's sales strategy
  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate retailer performance and report to leadership
  • Maintain accurate records and salesforce data
  • Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives
  • Assist with forecasting and demand planning
  • Represent Wow Bao at food shows, trade shows, and off-site events

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer management, account management, and/or retail sales management for a CPG company
  • Proven ability to own business process and category management through a complex sales position
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data
  • Advanced Excel knowledge and experience working with databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
