Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team remotely in the eastern or central time zones and close to a major airport. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage key accounts within the HVAC products sector, focusing on larger Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in related industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts.
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through strategic account planning and execution.
- Identify opportunities for new business development and expansion within existing accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment on business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in account management, specifically with 5-10 years of proven success in managing and growing relationships with major OEMs in HVAC or adjacent industries. A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, will be provided along with comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and other perks.
