About the Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Account Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through consultative selling. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Uncover new sales opportunities by prospecting potential customers and/or current clients.
  • Develop action plans and schedules to achieve specific targets in an activity sales model.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing activities.
  • Present proposals, contracts, and other deliverables to progress the sales opportunity.
  • Maintain industry and product knowledge, adapting to changes in the market/competition.
  • Build strong relationships at all appropriate levels of accounts.
  • Communicate new products, services, initiatives, and relevant information to new accounts.
  • Manage multiple daily sales tasks.
  • Establish territory strategy to improve market penetration and drive brand awareness.
  • Provide regular status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. 2+ years of proven sales experience in a quota-bearing role are also required. Strong customer relationship skills and a passion for continuous learning opportunities are essential. Additionally, you should be a self-starter with strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
