About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Account Manager to take their career to the next level by managing key accounts within the HVAC products sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets through strategic account planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in account management, specifically with 5-10 years of proven success in managing and growing relationships with major OEMs in HVAC or adjacent industries.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through strategic account planning and execution.
  • Identify opportunities for new business development and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment on business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
Benefits and Compensation

A competitive salary commensurate with experience, estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and other perks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

  • Proven track record of 5-10 years in account management roles, specifically managing large OEM accounts in HVAC or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of the HVAC products market and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed within Mexico and occasionally internationally.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
