Resident Services Coordinator

As a Resident Services Coordinator at The Arbors at Franklin Township, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community. Your primary responsibilities will include managing resident accounts, overseeing accounts receivable and payable, and handling various administrative tasks. You will work closely with the property manager and other team members to achieve our goals and provide exceptional service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage resident accounts, including collection calls and correspondence
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable, including processing invoices and payments
- Assist the property manager with various administrative tasks, such as PO generation and vendor setup
- Handle Section 8 accounts, renewal leases, and inspections
- Respond to resident requests and assist with planning resident functions
- Build the property's online reputation and meet property goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; sales and customer service experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts, apply common sense, and deal with problems involving concrete variables
- Computer skills required, including Microsoft Office and Onesite Realpage
