This role involves collaborating with the Community Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent resident relations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the management of day-to-day operations of the community association.
  • Acting as a point of contact for residents, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and managing vendor relationships.
  • Preparing and maintaining community documentation and reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with community policies and regulations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Knowledge of community association operations and regulations is a plus.
