Community Operations Coordinator

At Taylor Management Company, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Community Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our community association. This role involves collaborating with the Community Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent resident relations.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the management of day-to-day operations of the community association.
- Acting as a point of contact for residents, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinating maintenance requests and managing vendor relationships.
- Preparing and maintaining community documentation and reports.
- Ensuring compliance with community policies and regulations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Knowledge of community association operations and regulations is a plus.
