Job Title: Regional Warehouse Operations Manager

Michelin North America is seeking a highly skilled Regional Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the efficient functioning of Finished Product warehouse operations in the AMN region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of direct team members, fostering a positive work environment and collaborating with other Michelin teams and external suppliers.
  • Develop and implement local 3PL contracting frameworks, including selection, contracting, and relationship development with partners.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to secure the best commercial proposition from local 3PL providers and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Establish and enforce safety standards, coordinate security measures, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Oversee inventory, warehouse, and quality control processes, and manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and analyze financial data.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on efficiency gains through team, engineering, and 3PL personnel, and innovate warehouse layout, equipment, and handling systems.
