About the Role

The Warehouse Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse personnel, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Oversee accurate and efficient receiving, storing, and issuance of raw materials, packaging, and finished products, monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards during all warehouse operations, collaborating with Quality Assurance to implement and maintain quality control procedures.
  • Coordinate the timely picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and order completeness.
  • Enforce and promote safety protocols to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to property or products, conducting regular safety training for warehouse personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, warehouse activities, and relevant metrics, generating regular reports on warehouse performance and submitting to management.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Identify training needs and provide opportunities for the professional development of warehouse staff, fostering a skilled and knowledgeable team.
  • Address any issues or concerns that arise during warehouse operations promptly and efficiently, seeking appropriate solutions to minimize disruptions.
