Job Title: Regional Charter Coordinator

GO Riteway Transportation Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Charter Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing charter transportation services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage charter transportation services for clients, including scheduling, routing, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, school officials, and other stakeholders.
  • Learn and execute established processes to ensure safe and efficient transportation services.
  • Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Valid Wisconsin Driver's License and ability to obtain a commercial driver's license with necessary endorsements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel, with ability to learn new software programs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the transportation industry.
  • Associate Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel, with ability to learn new software programs.
