Regional Business Manager for Latin America

Leprino Foods is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our cheese sales and market presence in Latin America. As a Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic relationships, and navigating the complexities of the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and market expansion in Latin America.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management and business development, preferably in the Latin American region.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and business expansion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
