Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at Hudson Hospital & Clinic. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist RNs with direct patient care, maintaining patient cleanliness, nutrition, comfort, and safety.
  • Maintain unit order, cleanliness, and safety, ensuring a positive patient experience.
  • Coordinate clinical and non-clinical duties to facilitate patient care delivery.
  • Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge, demonstrating compassion and effective communication.
  • Maintain a positive attitude toward co-workers, patients, and visitors, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Current WI CNA certification
  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
  • Detail-oriented and excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • CNA experience in a hospital setting
  • Epic experience
