Patient Access Coordinator

As a key member of our patient access team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient experiences at Hudson Hospital & Clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include managing patient check-in, registration, and scheduling processes, as well as addressing inquiries via various channels. To excel in this role, you will need to utilize our Care Model Process (CMP) guidelines and adapt to changing workflows.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a hospital or medical clinic setting, or completion of a formal training program in medical reception or customer service.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • A two-year degree in a related field is highly desirable.
