Job Summary

Mersino Dewatering LLC is seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to our Mansfield, OH Branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the bid-spec pipeline by managing bid lead services, identifying large national projects, and passing them on to branches.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients.
  • Prepare basic quotes for sales opportunities, including complete pumps, pump parts, and accessory sales.
  • Provide technical support for our Global product lines.
  • Develop and maintain databases of references and project experience required for bid submissions.
  • Complete database management of pricing on all components, including sales and rental pricing.
  • Complete CRM database auditing and maintenance.
  • Gather and maintain information required for pre-qualifications and other submittals or approvals.
  • Maintain and manage municipal and government purchasing programs.
  • Develop a target list for prospective distributors, working with the Director of Inside Sales and Engineering.
  • Assist with certification attainment and manage all certifications necessary for successful sales pursuit.
  • Provide necessary technical and job-specific information to Marketing for creating marketing tools.
  • Assist with gathering technical data on projects and preparing reports to summarize project details.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field with the ability to demonstrate excellence in customer service.
  • Work experience in the construction industry preferred.
  • Planning and organizational skills in handling multiple projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other required PC software applications.
