About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Morrow Group USA Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in managing contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process.
Key Responsibilities
- Input client information into our client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance.
- Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.
- Obtain seller's approval for the buyer's offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible.
- Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close.
Requirements
- Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience.
- High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience.
- Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued.
- Real estate license preferred.
- Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills.
