Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team in New York City or Los Angeles. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for delivering strong client retention and upsell while building long-lasting relationships with clients.
This is a full-time position that requires a proactive, experienced, client-facing professional who possesses a demonstrated ability to successfully deliver on client goals. You will manage a portfolio of Enterprise and SMB clients, developing annual account plans that define the roadmap for client and Relo success.
In this role, you will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership to drive strategic account management and thought leadership. Your goal is to orchestrate account success by providing day-to-day account management and operational support that retains and grows client accounts.
You will have a strong passion for sports, previous hands-on account management experience, with a SaaS/data background, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This person will serve as the lead point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong and long-lasting client relationships as their trusted contact translating to retention and revenue growth.
The salary range for this position is $85,000-100,000 per year, with travel expectations up to 40% of the time. If you are a results-driven professional with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, we encourage you to apply.
