We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Ovextech. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing media start-up, driving growth and excellence in customer experiences.

About the Role

As a key member of our leadership team, you will help craft customer success strategies, building strong relationships with clients and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding results. Your analytical skills, paired with your ability to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships, make you an ideal candidate for this position.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and project management expertise. Responsibilities
  • Own the entire relationship with assigned clients, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Establish relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to ensure continued value of our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, in collaboration with our creative team.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior managers to better understand client needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings.
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Three to five years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Strong skills in verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management.
  • An analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
  • An active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and project management tools.
  • Experience in event planning.
What We Offer

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
