Automotive Sales BDC Manager

We are currently in search of an experienced and motivated individual to lead our Business Development Center. The Automotive Sales BDC Manager will oversee the department responsible for scheduling sales appointments for customers and serve as the primary point of communication in the customer sales journey. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively, and possess a friendly demeanor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage our BDC Representatives
- Handle all incoming calls and emails to arrange sales appointments
- Initiate outbound calls to generate sales appointments and document customer feedback
- Schedule follow-up communications if no appointment is secured
- Reschedule appointments for customers who did not show
- Organize future contacts as necessary
- Create emails based on a set timeline to automate follow-up reminders
- Engage with customers in line with current marketing strategies
- Respond to inquiries from the customer website
- Minimum of 1 year of automotive experience (Required)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Internet Manager (Required)
- Familiarity with DMS and CRM systems (Required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong data entry skills
- Exhibit a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude during initial customer interactions
- Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating superior time-management and prioritization skills
