Position Overview:
The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position involves greeting and registering guests, delivering prompt and courteous service, and managing guest accounts throughout their stay while adhering to our high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
The primary duties of the Front Desk Agent include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor.

  • Efficiently completing the registration process, confirming essential details such as guest count and room rates.
  • Answering phone calls promptly and professionally.

  • Maintaining composure during busy periods and emergency situations.
  • Executing additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of one year of relevant guest service experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Proficiency in property management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
