Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team at Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and confirm guest check-ins and check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
  • Secure payment and verify billing information.
  • Activate and file room keys, process guest requests, and relay messages.
  • Print contingency lists and maintain accurate records of guest information.
  • Identify and explain room features to guests, provide directions and information about property amenities and services.
  • Follow up on outstanding requests or problems from the previous day and resolve them.
  • Run and review daily reports and logs, complete designated cashier and closing reports.
  • Accept and record wake-up call requests and deliver them to the appropriate department.
  • Count bank at the beginning and end of shift, secure bank, and process all payment types.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
