Job Title: Guest Services Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team at Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of cash handling and credit policies compliance.
  • Assist with room reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hotel standards and regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
