Your Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Build high-impact relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted leader and advisor, providing strategic guidance and collaboration to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Lead a team, define clear objectives, and enable them to execute partnership strategies.
What We're Looking For
  • 15+ years of professional experience, 10+ years in building strong partnership relationships in SaaS/cloud environments.
  • Demonstrable track record of managing and expanding partnership deals.
  • Deep understanding of the HR Tech industry, group/health benefits, and the broader benefits ecosystem.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written/oral communication skills, and presentation skills.
Compensation and Benefits

$210,000 - $230,000 (New York based candidates). Placement within the range is determined by experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy competitive pay, employer-paid healthcare, and stock options.
