Your Role at Impact.com

We're growing our sales organization to accommodate increasing demand for our solution. As a Business Development Manager, you'll engage directly with SaaS businesses of all sizes, helping them grow through partnership marketing. You'll use proactive and inbound selling strategies to find and close new business and grow customers' usage of the impact.com platform over time.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and be responsible for your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan
  • Generate pipeline by proactively sourcing opportunities within the designated territory
  • Run discovery calls with C-level executives and department leaders
  • Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C-level
  • Prepare & deliver world-class demos and value-based presentations
  • Answer prospects' questions about product value, uses, integrations, and implementation
  • Proactively drive the process with a prospective client from initial prospecting to a signed contract and internal handoff
  • Drive active engagement by all internal and external stakeholders necessary to close a deal
What You Have
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of closing experience, strong knowledge or experience in B2B SaaS Sales
  • Independent person with strong communication, effective problem-solving, networking, and presentation skills
  • Naturally curious with a growth mindset, prioritizing self-development
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $200-$216K per year, plus eligibility to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, unlimited PTO, flexible work hours, and more.
