Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
CertaPro Painters is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with property managers, facility managers, and industrial customers to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals to communicate customer needs and expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Associate, Production Associate, and Job Site Supervisor to ensure project expectations are met.
- Estimating: Meet with customers to perform estimates and win sales commitments in a competitive market.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly analysis of results to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: 2-year degree in a related field required.
- Experience: B2B commercial sales experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record as a top performer preferred.
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of paints, coatings, carpentry, drywall, EIFS, DRYVIT, and construction preferred.
