Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Openwork, LLC. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships with customers to maintain a continuous flow of work, building a lead pipeline from referrals of existing clients, and consistently securing new business opportunities for the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with customers to maintain a continuous flow of work
  • Build a lead pipeline from referrals of existing clients
  • Consistently secure new business opportunities for the region
  • Provide customers with sales quotations when necessary and follow up
  • Upsell customers on repair services

Requirements:

  • Ability to make 85-100 outbound phone calls per day
  • Use a series of scripts to influence or progress calls
  • Minimum 2+ years of inside sales experience preferred
  • Ability to use Sales CRM database
  • Serve as a liaison between customer and the technical staff
