Position Overview

We are in search of a talented Project Manager for Brand Experiences to lead the comprehensive planning, execution, and assessment of both regional and international trade shows, along with other strategic initiatives. As the primary Brand Representative at our Marketing and Brand Experience Office, you will exhibit outstanding service orientation, proactive leadership, and a strong capability to anticipate and meet stakeholder requirements. This crucial role guarantees that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to precise specifications. The role requires in-office presence four days a week, with responsibilities including:

  • Strategically orchestrating and executing regional and international trade shows across the United States and global markets, which includes on-site presence and booth staff coordination.
  • Managing booth logistics, overseeing contracts, and nurturing relationships with industry associations.
  • Facilitating internal meetings and meticulously aligning project timelines.
  • Creating detailed project plans and schedules to ensure seamless execution.
  • Proactively addressing project risks, issues, and scope to uphold project integrity.
  • Providing consistent project status updates and effectively resolving challenges with project leads through project management tools.
  • Encouraging clear and effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Overseeing external vendors and collaborating closely with project teams and booth personnel.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and outcomes.
  • Assessing event performance against established KPIs and metrics.
  • Maintaining and updating the intranet event database for assigned projects.
  • Acting as a committed ambassador for Brainlab's brand values and voice.
  • Fostering enthusiasm and engagement within the office through robust event support, showcasing customer demonstrations, and interactive training opportunities.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in event management.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% as required.
  • A commitment to being present in the downtown Chicago office four days a week.
