Essential Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in event coordination, ideally within a Financial Institution or regulated corporate setting.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Experience with Cvent or similar event management tools is preferred.
This Senior Event Coordinator will be responsible for delivering operational and coordination support for various internal and external events across all business lines. These events are of high visibility and will involve clients and senior executives. Responsibilities include managing registrations, executing events on-site, sourcing vendors, and conducting venue research and negotiations. The role demands a professional demeanor, courtesy, and integrity while representing the organization.
