In this role, you will support expectant mothers in finding the right healthcare providers, provide assistance to members facing serious health issues, alleviate financial concerns for patients, and more.

As a Customer Care Representative, you will serve as a trusted advisor and educator on healthcare-related inquiries, including claims questions, locating providers, and explaining benefits.

Available Shifts:

5 Days / 8.5 Hour Shifts
  • Monday - Friday 7:50am - 4:20pm
  • Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Monday - Friday 8:15am - 4:45pm
  • Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
4 Days / 9.5 Hour Shifts
  • 8:00am-5:00pm M-W, F/9:00am-3:00pm Th
    8:00am-5:00pm M-Th/9:00am-3:00pm Fri
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, along with prior experience or a combination of education and experience that provides a comparable background.

  • A strong commitment to serving others with empathy and a desire to exceed expectations in resolving member inquiries at the first point of contact.
  • A customer advocate who listens attentively and seeks innovative solutions to address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, or concerns.
  • An individual who can maintain composure while multitasking, navigating various computer applications, and efficiently serving customers.
  • A reliable team player with a strong work ethic, demonstrated by punctuality and accountability for commitments made to customers and colleagues.
