Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities encompass providing expert aviation support services while upholding the utmost standards of safety, customer satisfaction, and collaboration.
This position requires flexibility in scheduling, which will be influenced by flight operations.
This may involve working during weekends, holidays, and evening hours.Team Environment
Our aviation unit operates a fleet of various aircraft, and this role will collaborate closely with Aircraft Maintenance Technicians, Pilots, Operations, and Scheduling teams. The Aviation Support Specialist will also assist with the scheduling needs of associated departments as required.
Primary Duties
- Positioning aircraft for arrivals, departures, fueling, and maintenance inspections
- Launching and recovering aircraft
- Welcoming and assisting passengers as needed
- Fueling and defueling aircraft
- Cleaning and detailing the interior and exterior of the aircraft
- Servicing aircraft lavatories
- Maintaining cleanliness of executive vehicles
- Ensuring facility compliance and upkeep
- High School Diploma or relevant professional experience
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Prior experience in aviation operations
