Key Responsibilities
  • The Specialist operates under the guidance of the Nursing Leadership and is accountable for ensuring safe and effective care delivery for a diverse range of patients.
  • The Specialist evaluates patient and family needs, formulates and prioritizes care objectives, assesses care effectiveness, and continuously updates care plans to address the comprehensive needs of patients and their families.
  • The Specialist adheres to relevant nursing regulations and standards.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

Must possess Lactation Certification upon joining.
  • Valid nursing licensure.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced certifications may be required based on specific patient care areas.
  • Minimum of a two-year degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Additional certifications must be obtained within the first year of employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field.
  • At least one year of recent experience in a comparable healthcare environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
