Game Day Entertainment Manager

AEG is seeking a highly skilled In Game Entertainment and Promotions Manager to lead our team's game day entertainment elements, promotions, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have previous MiLB experience in a promotions role and a proven track record of increasing individual ticket revenue, driving overall attendance, and enhancing the fan experience.
Key Responsibilities- Pilot the creative process and build the annual promotional calendar to drive revenue and attendance.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Director Marketing to plan and execute promotional and theme nights.
- Develop, plan, and execute all in-game entertainment, marketing, and team sponsorship requirements.
- Work with Corporate and Ticket Sales to design and distribute promotional products and giveaways.
- Coordinate with video production staff to produce all elements of the in-game experience.
- Plan and execute "all-inclusive" theme nights and promotional calendar for all home games and events.
- Create and prepare all relevant information for game and production staff meetings.
- Schedule and book entertainment acts while maintaining an annual budget.
- Schedule and prepare all pre-game, in-game, and post-game promotions.
- Manage and lead all on-field and in-between innings promotional activities.
- Hire and oversee promotional seasonal staff and other members of the marketing department.
- At least four to five years of experience working in an MiLB promotions role.
- Management experience, specifically with hiring seasonal staff.
- Strong sense of self-awareness with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in community relations and community-related branding.
- Experience in graphics a plus.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
