Key Responsibilities- Operations: Assist and execute all aspects of park operations, including guest services, food and beverage, training, and sales.
- Leadership: Coach and develop a large and diverse team through clear written and verbal communication, and establish a positive work environment that promotes staff retention.
- Financial Management: Manage all facets of the operation, including regular financial reporting, and oversee labor and spending for the entire facility.
- Sales and Marketing: Execute sales and marketing plans in collaboration with the support center team, and maintain positive community relationships and participate in local events.
- Guest Experience: Create an on-brand Altitude guest experience through superior operations, and maintain high visibility in guest areas during peak times.
- 5+ years of experience managing a team in an entertainment or food and beverage environment.
- Food safety or alcohol certification required.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership qualities, including organization and time management.
- Able to recruit, motivate, develop, retain, and promote top talent through thoughtful leadership and genuine concern for team member growth.
